*edit 2013* I had to reuse this picture so I fixed character's face a little bit :)


Finally something colorful :)
It's a quite old picture, I just wanted to draw some cute and detailed dress, sad thing is I have only one female OC that actually wears cute and girly stuff.
Title is from one of Macross Frontier songs, that I was listening during drawing, Ranka's voice would fit this character :)

ah, and to be clear - it's not a jump but levitation ;P
